Airbag System
An airbag is a vehicle occupant-restraint system using a bag designed to inflate extremely quickly, then quickly deflate during a collision. It consists of the airbag cushion, a flexible fabric bag, an inflation module, and an impact sensor

Electric vehicle
EMAD will be tasked to manufacture 37,000 battery packs and propulsion equipment, including engine, transmission system, driver, and charging system in five years. It is also capable of using both slow- and fast-charging stations.

Engine Control Unit
(ECU EURO 4 & 5 & BIFUEL)
An engine control unit (ECU), also commonly called an engine control module (ECM), is a type of electronic control unit that controls a series of actuators on an internal combustion engine to ensure optimal engine performance.

Oxygen sensor
The oxygen sensor of your car measures the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gasses that exit the engine. It sends real-time data about the amount of unburnt oxygen in the exhaust system to the engine’s computer to determine the correct air-to-fuel ratio for the car’s engine.

IMMOBILIZER UNIT
Prevents unauthorized use of the vehicle The electronic immobilizer secures the vehicle against theft. This is achieved by a transponder with a code in the ignition key When the ignition is switched on, that code is read by the SMARTRA (SMARt TRAnsponder, an intelligent communications interface) using an antenna.

Smart Cards
Emad Group Inc. with extensive experience in designing and producing various types of Smart Cards. Our team of experts is dedicated to developing innovative and secure Smart Card solutions for various industries, including telecommunications, banking, and transportation. We use cutting-edge technology and adhere to the highest industry standards to ensure that our Smart Cards are of the highest quality and meet the specific needs of our customers.

ACU
The electronic system for decision making is called airbag control unit (ACU). The ACU, is the heart of the smart airbag system. Here, the system processes every incoming signal of each sensor.

Body Control Modules (BCMs)
Central Body Control Modules (BCMs) are central elements of vehicle electronics. They combine several functions in one housing and control practically all the vehicle’s electronic basis, comfort and security functions.

Airbag Inflator
The airbag system comprises an essential component known as an inflator, responsible for deploying the airbag instantaneously upon activation. In simple terms, the inflator performs precisely what its name suggests, inflating the airbag promptly and efficiently upon receiving the appropriate signal.

knock sensor
The knock sensor identifies the high-frequency engine vibrations characteristic of knocking and transmits a signal to the ECU. The aim is to obtain the maximum energy yield by starting ignition as early as possible. Engines with a knock sensor can reduce fuel consumption and increase torque.

Accelerator pedal(APM)
The accelerator is also known as gas pedal. This pedal controls the amount of gas being fed into the engine and thereby controls the speed of the vehicle.

Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor (T-MAP)
This sensor is piezoelectric. his sensor measures the air pressure of the fuel entering the engine and sends it to the ECU, which adjusts the air entering the engine.
